Back in 1887, Willie S. Goodrich started a brick manufacturing plant capable of
producing 6 million bricks per year. W.S. Goodrich, Inc. continued to manufacture bricks
for 89 years, through the Great Depression and two World Wars.
Willie's grandson, Dexter Goodrich, had the foresight to add the sale of stone
and masonry supplies to the company mix. In the early 1970's, the skyrocketing price of
oil forced W.S. Goodrich, Inc. to stop manufacturing brick.
Fourth generation owners, Bob and Dave, have continued to expand and improve the
business, adding a granite and marble fabrication plant as well as extensive indoor and
outdoor displays.
We invite you to come and browse through our showroom or stroll around our
beautifully landscaped grounds. Our creative uses of stone and masonry may surprise
you and inspire your next project.
